Article 1 – Organization

The "Find the Hidden Code" contest is organized by Smok&co.

Article 2 – Duration

The contest begins on 06/10 at 10:30 AM and ends as soon as a winner is designated or by 06/20 at the latest.

Article 3 – Participation Conditions

To participate, participants must:

  • Be of legal age according to the legislation in force in their country of residence.
  • Reside in metropolitan France or in the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM).
  • Be subscribed to the @smok_andco Instagram account.
  • Be subscribed to the Smok&co Facebook page.
  • Have an Instagram account that allows sending private messages.

Only one entry per person is allowed.

Article 4 – Contest Procedure

A unique code is hidden somewhere on the website https://smokandco-troyes.fr.

The first participant to find this code and send it via private message to the @smok_andco Instagram account will be declared the winner, provided all participation conditions are met.

Article 5 – Winner Selection

The winner will be the first participant who sent the exact code via Instagram private message.

The organizer will verify that the participant meets the contest conditions before final validation of the prize.

Article 6 – Prize

The winner will receive an Armour Ultra Black kit.

The prize cannot be exchanged, refunded, or converted into cash.

Article 7 – Verification

The organizer reserves the right to verify the winner's identity and compliance with the participation conditions.

Any fraud, attempted fraud, or non-compliance with these rules will result in the cancellation of the participation.

Article 8 – Responsibility

The organizer cannot be held responsible in case of technical problems, interruption of the website or social networks, or any event beyond their control.

Article 9 – Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the contest implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.
