Several reasons can explain a leak: the coil may be worn out and needs to be changed, or your e-liquid is too thin for your equipment. Try a 70/30 VG/PG e-liquid, which is thicker and more suitable for devices prone to leaks.

Disassemble the clearomizer and rinse the parts (except the coil) with lukewarm water. Let dry completely before reassembling. Regular cleaning prevents flavor mixing and extends the life of your equipment.

Generally, a coil lasts between 1 to 3 weeks. Signs that it needs to be changed: burnt taste, reduced vapor, unusual leaks, or visible dark cotton.

A battery lasts on average 1 to 2 years. If it no longer holds a charge or heats up abnormally, replace it. Avoid letting it fully discharge regularly.

Always use the supplied cable or a certified compatible charger. Avoid generic incompatible chargers that can damage the battery or pose overheating risks. Do not leave your device charging overnight and avoid charging on a flammable surface.

Priming consists of saturating the cotton of a new coil before the first use. Without this step, you risk a burnt taste from the first puff. How to do it: add a few drops of e-liquid directly onto the visible cotton, fill the tank, then wait 5 to 10 minutes before vaping. Start at low wattage to thoroughly saturate the cotton.

The ideal wattage depends on your coil. Generally, the recommended range is indicated on the coil itself. Always start with the lowest wattage and gradually increase until you find your sweet spot. Temperature control (TC) mode is reserved for compatible coils (Ni, Ti, SS) and allows for more precise control to avoid dry hits.

Store your e-liquids away from light and heat, in a cool, dry place. A well-stored e-liquid can last up to 2 years. Keep them out of reach of children and pets.

A slight darkening of the color is normal — it's nicotine oxidation, which is harmless. However, if the e-liquid gives off an unusual odor or has passed its expiration date, it's best not to use it.

Batteries and electronic devices are WEEE waste. Do not throw them in the trash! Deposit them at a WEEE collection point: supermarkets, electronics stores, waste disposal centers. Empty e-liquid bottles can be recycled in the plastic bin.

This is common for beginners. PG can irritate the throat. Try an e-liquid with more VG (e.g., 70/30 VG/PG) for a smoother vape. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor.

Yes, VG and PG are hygroscopic and can slightly dehydrate. Remember to drink enough water throughout the day.

In France, the sale of vaping products is prohibited to minors (under 18 years old). Nicotine e-liquids are subject to the TPD directive: maximum 10ml bottle, nicotine content limited to 20mg/ml. Advertising is highly regulated.

• ❌ Prohibited: in all enclosed public places — Evin law extended to vaping since 2017.
• ⚠️ Special cases: some companies may prohibit vaping even outdoors. Vaping is strictly prohibited on board airplanes.

• 3 mg: light smokers (less than 5 cigarettes/day).
• 6 mg: moderate smokers (5 to 10 cigarettes/day).
• 12 mg: regular smokers (10 to 20 cigarettes/day).
• 20 mg (nicotine salt): heavy smokers or low-power devices.

🔑 DL vs MTL:

• MTL: like a classic cigarette. Coils > 1 ohm. Dosages: 6 to 20 mg.
• DL: direct lung inhale, large puffs. Coils < 1 ohm. Dosages: 0 to 6 mg — a high dosage in DL can cause nausea or headaches.

⚠️ Always adapt the dosage to your equipment!
